- What's the minimum order?
- There isn't one. We'll engrave a single piece or a hundred — pricing scales with quantity, but we won't turn down a one-off.
- How fast can you turn an order around?
- Depends on the piece, the artwork and the queue, but because we engrave on-site we can usually meet a fixed presentation-night date if you give us at least a couple of weeks. Tighter than that — call us.
- Can you update a perpetual trophy I bought from someone else?
- Almost always, yes. Bring it in or send a photo of the trophy and the engraved bands — we'll match the existing layout.
- Do you price-match?
- Yes — on any genuine written quote for the same piece, finish and quantity. No back-and-forth.
